Salesforce Consultant

As a Salesforce Consultant at KUKA Group, you will manage the global Salesforce platform to support thousands of users across multiple countries. You will advise business units, drive platform development in agile sprints, and optimize processes through Salesforce. You’ll lead end-to-end implementation, testing, and knowledge transfer while coordinating with international teams. This role offers exposure to global rollouts, stakeholder management, and hands-on solution delivery within a dynamic, collaborative environment.

• Operate and optimize a global Salesforce platform for ~4,000 users across ~40 countries
• Advise Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service on Salesforce functionality to meet business needs
• Lead agile development (Scrum) with stakeholders
• Analyze global processes to identify optimization opportunities and define implementation strategies
• Configure and implement Salesforce features per client requirements
• Conduct system tests, QA, and issue resolution
• Provide first- and second-level Salesforce support and knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, SAP, and Salesforce development
• Manage IT project aspects for global rollouts including budget, resources, and vendor coordination
• Plan and deliver end-user trainings and hypercare support during rollouts

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Consultant)
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations and business processes
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
• Strong communication with technical staff, stakeholders, and senior management
• Ability to work in complex multinational environments
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
