Stellenbeschreibung:
- Lead the design of scalable, secure, and well-integrated Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud in a hybrid Microsoft–Salesforce enterprise environment.
- Define data models, integration patterns with Microsoft 365, Azure, and ERP systems, and enforce platform standards for governance and security.
- Design AI-enabled capabilities using Salesforce and Microsoft AI tools while establishing governance guardrails for responsible adoption.
