Roles & Responsibilities

• Review LTA pricing tables and comparing it to items loaded in SAP by supplier
• Ensure expiration date for scheduling agreements line up with LTA documentation
• Ensure payment terms are loaded correctly for open orders
• Become the SME for Commodity Managers to upload data into SAP

Required Skills (Technical Competency)

• Strong knowledge of SAP and it's components SAP Material ManagementSAP Logistics

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Job can be done remotely
• Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
• Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
• Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
• Attend all weekly meetings
• Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
