For non native German candidates, a minimum proficiency level of B2 or above in German is required. Minimum years of experience: 8+ years Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Catalog and Data Analyst to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of SAP Ariba downstream procurement processes. The role focuses on catalog management, data integration, Guided Buying, and end to end P2P processes, with close collaboration across business, procurement, and technical teams. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Key Responsibilities • Support and deliver SAP Ariba implementations with a focus on Guided Buying, Buying & Invoicing, and downstream P2P processes. • Lead and manage Ariba Catalog solutions, including hosted catalogs, punch out catalogs, content validation, pricing, and compliance checks. • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional requirements. • Prepare and maintain Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), configuration documents, test scenarios, and test scripts. • Coordinate with technical and integration teams to communicate requirements and demonstrate solutions back to the business. • Participate in unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing. • Provide functional and technical support for Ariba downstream modules. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Required Skills & Experience • 6–8 years of experience delivering or supporting SAP Ariba. • Hands on experience in at least one end to end SAP Ariba implementation. • Strong expertise in Ariba downstream modules, including: o Ariba Guided Buying o Catalog Management • Experience with catalog content management, workflows, buying channels, and invoicing. \_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_ Essential Skills • SAP Ariba Downstream (Buying, Guided Buying, Catalog Management) • Catalog & Master Data Management • SAP Ariba Integration with ERP systems# SAP Ariba Catalog and Data Analyst at N Consulting LtdLocationBad Hamburg, GermanySalary€500 - €550 /dayJob TypeFull-timeDate PostedMay 14th, 2026Apply Now
