SAP Client Partner / SAP Sales Manager

Join PRIMUS Techsystems as we expand our presence across Germany and Europe. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and customer‑focused SAP Sales Professional to help organizations accelerate their digital transformation journeys while driving strategic growth for our SAP practice.

Language Requirements

• German – C2 Level (Mandatory)
• English – Professional Working Proficiency

What You’ll Do

• Develop and manage relationships with enterprise customers across Germany
• Drive SAP consulting, implementation, AMS, cloud transformation, and Business AI opportunities
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within target accounts
• Build executive‑level relationships with CIOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles from opportunity creation to contract closure
• Collaborate with delivery, presales, and SAP alliance teams to create customer value
• Represent PRIMUS at SAP events, customer meetings, and industry forums
• Contribute to our growth strategy across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, Business AI, Data & Analytics, and Cloud Transformation

• Strong understanding of SAP solutions and enterprise business processes
• Proven track record in business development and account growth
• Experience managing strategic customer relationships
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for customer success
