As a Manager, you will take ownership of SAP Finance & Controlling workstreams, manage client relationships, and support the successful delivery of transformation initiatives across various industries.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Finance & Controlling workstreams within ECC, S/4HANA, and S/4HANA Cloud implementation projects
• Support the planning, design, and execution of SAP transformation programs for international clients
• Manage client communication and act as a key contact for functional and process-related topics
• Coordinate project teams and ensure high-quality delivery within timelines and budgets
• Support business development activities including proposal preparation, RFP responses, and client presentations
• Conduct and lead customer workshops with expertise in Finance & Controlling processes
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and support innovation initiatives within digital finance environments
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in SAP Finance or Controlling consulting
• Strong knowledge of the SAP Finance ecosystem, including internal and external accounting processes
• Hands‑on experience in at least one full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project
• Solid understanding of cost accounting, management accounting, and profitability analysis
• Experience coordinating teams and managing client stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• High level of commitment, professionalism, and willingness to travel
