As a Senior Manager, you will play a strategic leadership role in driving digital finance transformations, managing key client relationships, and leading high-performing consulting teams across international projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP Finance & Controlling transformation programs across ECC, S/4HANA, and S/4HANA Cloud landscapes
• Manage complex international SAP engagements from strategy and solution design through implementation and go-live
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and C-level executives on finance transformation initiatives
• Drive business development activities including RFP responses, client presentations, solution positioning, and proposal management
• Lead and mentor consulting teams, ensuring high-quality project delivery and professional development
• Facilitate executive workshops and strategic discussions with clients across multiple industries
• Identify process optimization opportunities and drive innovation within digital finance and controlling environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and future-ready SAP solutions

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling consulting, including leadership responsibilities
• Proven track record leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
• Deep expertise within the SAP Finance ecosystem, including internal and external accounting processes
• Strong understanding of controlling, profitability analysis, management reporting, and financial transformation strategies
• Experience managing client relationships and leading distributed consulting teams
• Strong business development and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and willingness to travel
