SAP Financial Reporting and Taxation Business Process Expert

As an SAP Business Process Expert, you will design, configure, and maintain S/4HANA and connected SAP/non-SAP Finance applications across a global template. You will act as the liaison between ERP solutions, business teams, and product owners, translating process designs into system configurations. Your focus includes GL, cFIN, Legal Reporting, and Tax applications, with cross-domain collaboration to enable compliant, scalable finance processes. This role offers the impact of shaping Corteva’s Finance Product Roadmap and global ERP landscape.

• Serve as the global IT point of contact for SAP Finance across multiple regions
• Map local Finance, Controllership & Taxation processes to Global Template in S/4HANA
• Translate process design to system design and write detailed design/requirements documents
• Collaborate with ERP IT BPEs, Solution Engineers, and Architects to optimize processes within compliance, security, and performance constraints
• Configure GL and cFIN functionality, including AIF/SLT error resolution
• Design and configure BPC reporting and upstream/downstream integration with SAP/non-SAP BI tools
• Perform functional and non-functional testing across reporting solutions
• Support SAP upgrade planning, testing, and deployment
• Assist with SAP Financial Reporting Security and authorization objects
• Participate in end-to-end data lineage, security, and semantics for ERP data
• Manage maintenance of global SAP solutions through end-of-life transitions

• English communication skills with strong presentation ability
• Experience in Finance, Controlling or Taxation domain
• SAP Finance integration with other ERP processes (OTC, PTP, Manufacturing) and non-SAP apps
• Ability to design and configure SAP Finance processes independently (GL, cFIN, BPC, Tax)
• Attention to detail and quality; independent work style and result orientation
• Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines; collaborative and professional conduct
• Experience with shared services and multi-country SAP environments preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; SAP-certified preferred
• ~10 years SAP Finance experience; SAP S/4HANA experience advantageous
