SAP HCM Consultant (Junior / Senior) (m/f/d) – Germany – Choose your location (Frankfurt area, Hamburg, Dortmund, Munich, Stuttgart) – Hybrid (2–3 days home office)

We are currently hiring one SAP HCM Consultant (Junior or Senior level) to join a growing consulting environment supporting a diverse customer base across Germany.

Your Responsibilities

Support and advise clients on SAP HCM modules (e.g. PA, PY-DE, PT, OM, ESS/MSS)
Analyse, optimise, and further develop existing SAP HCM systems
Take ownership of sub‑projects or work packages after onboarding
Configure and maintain personnel administration, payroll, and time management processes
Provide remote and occasional on‑site support to customers
Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders

Your Profile

Must‑have requirements:

Hands‑on experience with SAP HCM (especially PA, PY-DE and/or PT)
German language skills (minimum B2 level)
Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany (up to 20%)
Junior: 0–2 years | Senior: 4+ years of SAP HCM experience

Nice to have:

SAP SuccessFactors or Employee Central Payroll experience
Basic ABAP knowledge
English skills

Work Model

Hybrid setup: 2–3 days per week home office
Office presence required (no full remote option)
You can choose your base location among: Frankfurt area, Hamburg, Dortmund, Munich, or Stuttgart
Occasional travel within Germany (approx. 20%)

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €60,000 – €120,000 gross/year (depending on experience)
Permanent, full‑time contract
