What You’ll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. It’s more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
- Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Global Health, Safety & Well-Being Team
- Expected travel up to 30% occasionally within Germany
Start: August 17th, 2026
Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of a variety of health promotion initiatives and health projects.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Health & Well-Being team at SAP.
- Collaborate with Sports & Fitness responsible of Health & Well-Being Germany.
- Strongly support the Local Health Coordinators Network in Germany.
- Maintain health services in the subsidiaries in Germany.
- Responsible for the organization of Health Days in German headquarters/subsidiaries.
What You’ll Bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Preferred field of study: Health Management, Sport Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Studies, Education Science, Psychology, or related subject.
- Communicating fluently (verbally and in writing) in German and English.
- Passion for corporate health management and interest in physical and mental health topics.
- Service orientation, ability to work self‑dependent and drive for execution.
- Originality and ability to understand and improve processes and materials.
- Strong ability to design and prepare high‑impact presentations and reports.
- Familiar with latest trends in social media and latest technology trends.
