SAP S4 HANA Advisory / Sales (all genders)

In this role you drive SAP transformation sales at scale, shaping end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programs and managed services deals. You’ll work with C-suite stakeholders to align strategies, design differentiated SAP solutions, and lead deal strategy with explicit business impact. You stay ahead of SAP innovations to ensure clients benefit from the latest technology. • Build trusted relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders to guide end-to-end SAP S/4HANA transformations and operations deals
• Collaborate with SAP, customers, and Accenture leadership to design tailored SAP solutions addressing complex business needs
• Lead end-to-end transformations—visioning, shaping, and closing complex programs
• Lead sales for large SAP Run & Operations engagements, including managed services, AMS, and captive setups
• Drive deal strategy and communicate value through executive storytelling
• Stay ahead of SAP innovations (S/4HANA, BTP, embedded AI) to maximize client benefit

• 10+ years’ experience in SAP transformation sales
• Bachelor’s degree (field unknown)
• Delivery experience in large-scale SAP programs or operations engagements (plus)
• Proven success in large deal origination and closure
• Strong executive presence and influencing skills
• Fluent in English and German
