We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central Payroll (ECP/SAP Payroll) and Employee Central (EC). Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Execute payroll runs, validations, and payroll processing activities
• Support Employee Central data management and employee lifecycle processes
• Participate in implementations, enhancements, and support projects
• Handle integrations between EC, Payroll, and Time Management
• Support testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT
• Ensure payroll compliance, data validation, and reconciliations

Primary Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Certification – Mandatory
• Strong hands‑on experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Experience with Employee Central (EC)
• Expertise in Payroll Schemas, PCRs, and Wage Types
• End-to-end Payroll Processing experience
• Knowledge of Payroll Integrations and Compliance Requirements
• Experience in Implementation, Rollout, or Support Projects

Nice to Have

• Experience in EC Time Management (Time Off / Time Sheet)
• Payroll Control Center (PCC) exposure
• Knowledge of SAP CPI and APIs
• Time and Payroll integration experience
