SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Consultant

In this role you will lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementations to drive HR transformation for clients. You’ll work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, consulting-driven environment to translate business needs into scalable time management solutions. Expect hands-on design, configuration, and optimization of time-related modules, with a focus on value delivery and compliance. • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Management implementations
• Run customer workshops to translate requirements into scalable designs
• Configure Time Tracking, Time Sheet, Time Off, and Employee Central Time Management
• Design complex time valuation rules, overtime scenarios, shift models, and absence processes
• Support integrations between SuccessFactors and payroll/SAP environments
• Provide best-practice guidance on compliance and roadmaps
• Participate in testing, UAT, cutover planning, and go-live support
• Collaborate with technical and integration specialists on HR solutions
• Post-go-live optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases and Time Tracking innovations

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management
• Proven SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementation experience
• Strong understanding of time valuations, time recording profiles, time sheet, time off, work schedules, holiday calendars, and absence/attendance processes
• Experience in customer-facing consulting environments
