SAP Team Lead (CO/FI Consultant)

They offer market-leading products for global organizations in the production, automotive and semiconductor industries.

Following the successful implementation of S/4HANA last year, they are currently preparing for major S/4HANA rollouts across the EMEA region in 2027.

They are currently searching for an SAP Team Lead (CO/FI Consultant) to take ownership of the SAP Finance & Controlling area whilst leading the team.

Responsibilities

• Take functional responsibility for SAP FI/CO across a hybrid ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA landscape
• Optimize and resolve existing issues within the new S/4HANA system, with a focus on SAP Controlling (CO). Support key processes (Product Costing, Actual Costing, Material Ledger, Margin Analysis and Profit Centre Accounting)
• Act as an SAP Team Lead , taking responsibility for the direction, performance and development of the SAP Consultants
• Support the development of the global S/4HANA Core Template and S/4HANA roll out projects
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI and other SAP innovations
• Act as a point of contact for Finance, Controlling and other key stakeholders.

Experience

• 7+ years of professional SAP FI/CO experience
• Excellent knowledge of SAP Controlling (CO)
• S/4HANA experience
• Willingness or motivation to become an SAP Team Lead
• Fluent English and German
