Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW / Social Worker I)

Position: Regional Integrated Special Needs Center (RISN), Rowan‑Virtua SOM

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and families with multiple psychosocial and health‑related needs to define social, emotional, and environmental needs and facilitate access to available resources.
• Provide a full spectrum of social work services, including individual therapy, family therapy, supportive caregiver counseling, and group therapy.
• Use a strength‑based approach to support treatment adherence, counseling, coordination and follow‑up of medical treatments, client advocacy, and assistance in obtaining housing, financial support, legal services, social support, and other needed services.
