Scrum Master - Agile Coach (f/m/d)

In this role you will guide one or two teams as they adopt and apply agile values to deliver valuable software that stabilizes and optimizes semiconductor manufacturing processes. You will partner with the Product Owner, developers, and fellow Scrum Masters to shape effective working environments and drive continuous improvement. The position sits in KLA’s MACH group, focusing on patterning process analytics and control technologies to support customers. This is a hands-on coaching role with a global collaboration scope and a clear impact on product delivery and team maturity.
