SEA Performance Marketing Manager, Paid Search

• You take responsibility for international performance campaigns from strategy through to implementation
• You plan, manage and optimize Search, Shopping, Display, Video and App campaigns
• You develop testing setups (A/B/N, multivariate), experiment, learn from results and derive concrete optimizations
• You present your results in a clear and persuasive way to clients — from reporting to storyline
• You work closely with your Team Lead and an interdisciplinary team of specialists

Requirements

• You have initial or established experience in performance marketing with a focus on SEA / Paid Search
• You think customer‑centrically and look for solutions rather than problems
• You are comfortable with the common tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics)
• You operate confidently in an international context: you use English regularly at work and have at least C1‑level German
