Why This Role?

We are looking for an " AI Driven SEO Grouphead " to join one of our client's team in Hamburg , Germany on a full-time hybrid basis. Our client is a leading Media Agency Services who are a combination of global network resources with the agility and mindset of a local agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a high-performing SEO team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Manage client relationships for large, well-known accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
Develop and implement cutting-edge, AI-driven SEO strategies across technical, content, and on-page areas.
Collaborate with account management, SEM specialists, and other internal teams to deliver integrated digital marketing solutions.
Drive client success by focusing on key KPIs such as visibility, traffic, conversion, and content performance.
Contribute to the continuous development of our agency's SEO capabilities and services.

Must-Haves:

Fluent German, C2-level
At least B1-level English
At least 8 years of relevant professional experience
Proven leadership experience (team management required)
Confident use of SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, ChatGPT & similar
High level of customer focus

Nice-to-have:

Additional experience with other digital marketing or analytics tools
Broader experience in large-scale, international SEO projects

Work week: Full-time (usually 40 hrs), flexible arrangement possible
Immediate start possible
