The Role:

• Build and develop relationships with senior executives and business decision-makers
• Manage and grow existing strategic client accounts
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities
• Take ownership of a specific industry sector and build market expertise
• Partner with Executive Search Consultants to deliver successful client projects
• Lead commercial discussions and support proposal development
• Represent Pacific International at industry events and networking activities
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
• Maintain accurate information within our CRM platform

Ideal Profile:

• Hold a bachelor's degree (preferred) or possess equivalent professional experience
• Have experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Executive Search, Consulting, Account Management, Customer Success, or a related commercial environment
• Have professional fluency in English and either German or another European language
• Enjoy building long-term relationships and influencing senior stakeholders
• Are commercially minded and motivated by business growth
• Thrive in a dynamic, performance-oriented environment
• Are highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated
• Enjoy working with ambitious colleagues in a collaborative team environment
• Are willing to work regularly (3-4 days/week) from our Düsseldorf office
