Segment Marketing Manager, Germany

Job located in Berlin, Germany with the possibility of two remote working days per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop segment‑specific marketing strategies tailored to the needs, behaviours, and pain points of defined customer groups in the German market (e.g., SMEs, freelancers, mid‑market companies).
• Plan multichannel campaigns (email, social media, paid ads, events, content) aligned with segment priorities and business goals.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Campaign Managers, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure consistent messaging and a seamless customer journey.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights specific to Germany.
• Define and track KPIs (e.g., MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, retention metrics) across the revenue journey of the segments.
• Work closely with local partners, agencies, and media to amplify reach within the target segments.
• Support product launches and go‑to‑market strategies for the German market.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or accounting/ERP software.
• Proven track record in segment or product marketing, ideally in the German market.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Hands‑on experience with paid media, SEO/SEA, and content marketing.
• Deep understanding of the German business landscape and buyer behaviour.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Fluency in German (C2 or native level) and English is essential.
