Segment Sales Manager, Power Supply

Quectel Wireless Solutions is global IoT technology developer and cellular module supplier of 5G, LTE, LTE-A, LPWA, Smart Module, C-V2X, GSM/GPRS, UMTS/HSPA(+) and GNSS modules. Due to business expansion on in EMEA region, Quectel is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join our team.

We are looking for a Segment Sales Manager, Power Supply for EMEA region

• Responsible for the sales of power supply products (Module/Industrial/Charging) in target regions (e.g., Europe, Americas, Southeast Asia),focusing on developing OEM/ODM clients and system integrators .
• Identify potential customers through trade shows, B2B platforms, and field visits to achieve annual sales targets.

Business & Order Fulfillment

• Manage the entire process frominquiry, quotation, technical clarification (collaborating with FAE), contract signing, to payment collection .
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and coordinate internal resources to resolve delivery issues.

Channel Management & Market Analysis

• Collect information on competitor (e.g., Mean Well) pricing and market strategies, and provide feedback to the product team.
• Manage relationships with local agents/distributors, preventing cross-regional sales and price undercutting.

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)

• Experience: 3-5 years of overseas sales experience in the power supply/electronic components industry.Candidates familiar with Mean Well, MORNSUN, Delta, etc., will be prioritized.
• Language: Fluent business English, capable of independent business negotiations and writing technical emails.(Must be able to communicate effectively under pressure).
• Education: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference forElectronics/Electrical Engineering/Automation majors (to understand customer specifications).
