Senior Account Executive - Creator Relations

The Senior Account Executive - Creator Relations will support the development, coordination and execution of creator and influencer collaborations for Workday. The role combines creator expertise, strong project management and a strong instinct for social media, social media culture and emerging trends, helping the team translate what is happening in culture into relevant and impactful creator activations across product launches, brand campaigns and events.

Working closely with the Workday client team and internal creative, strategy, social and earned media specialists, the Senior Account Executive will support creator identification and activation development while taking day-to-day responsibility for coordinating collaborations from initial outreach through content delivery, publication and reporting.

Beyond campaign execution, the role will act as an ongoing source of creator and social inspiration for the wider team, proactively identifying emerging formats, behaviours, conversations and cultural moments, and translating them into ideas for campaigns, creator activations and individual creator briefs in collaboration with the creator team.

The role is ideal for someone who understands the creator landscape, is confident building relationships with creators and talent representatives, and is deeply immersed in social media and creator culture, with a natural curiosity for what is gaining traction and why.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in creator/influencer marketing, social media, consumer communications or integrated brand communications.
• Hands-on experience supporting or managing creator collaborations and campaigns.
• Good knowledge of the creator ecosystem, major social platforms and emerging content trends.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence interacting directly with creators, talent representatives, clients and internal teams.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, deliverables and stakeholders.
• An interest in social and cultural trends and an ability to translate observations into relevant creator ideas and recommendations.
• Naturally curious and proactive in bringing new social and creator inspiration to the wider team on an ongoing basis.
• Experience working collaboratively with creative, strategy, social, earned media and/or production teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day workstreams while knowing when to involve senior team members.
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
