Senior Accountant (m/f/d) – Parental Leave Replacement (18 months)

You will lead and support the Finance Team in their day-to-day operations

You will work closely with our CFO and serve as a strategic advisor to the management team

You will keep track of figures, deadlines, and interrelationships—from OPOS to the annual financial statements prepared in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB)

You bring structure to complex issues and actively drive planning and closing processes forward You are responsible for accounting and continuously refine our processes

A completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification Several years of solid professional experience in accounting

A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work

Excellent proficiency in DATEV and Excel, as well as in-depth knowledge of German tax law

Experience working with project management software (e.g., agency management systems)

Team spirit, openness, and a desire to drive things forward

Experience in a dynamic agency or project environment is a plus

Initial leadership experience is advantageous
