Senior Advisor - Engineering Manufacturing Network Powder/Solids

In this role you act as a technical expert for Elanco's Small Molecule Network, guiding manufacturing sites across Europe and APAC to optimize equipment and processes and plan capital assets. You will advance solutions across liquid formulation, granulation, blending, compression, coating and packaging, while mentoring engineers and shaping the manufacturing strategy. The position offers global impact and opportunities to lead strategic evaluations and knowledge sharing. You will work in a multicultural, cross-site environment focused on ongoing improvement and scale.

• Provide expert guidance on manufacturing equipment and process optimization across SMN sites
• Lead technical evaluations for capital projects, product launches, and technology assessments
• Coordinate capital project governance including budgeting and forecasting within the network
• Share best practices and mentor junior engineers across the network
• Directly troubleshoot complex technical issues and mobilize experts as needed

• B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in small molecule pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
• Proven technical leadership capability and ability to influence others
