Senior AI Engineer, Open Telemetry Observability

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer specializing in Open Telemetry Observability to design and implement robust observability solutions across distributed and multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Open Telemetry Observability solutions for distributed tracing and multi-agent systems.
• Develop, package and binarize Python applications to support core software engineering needs.
• Build and integrate GenAI technologies with agentic development frameworks.
• Conduct agentic evaluations to ensure performance and reliability of AI systems.
• Implement distributed processing workflows using frameworks such as Ray and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver observable and maintainable AI solutions.
• Optimize multi-agent observability pipelines for scalability and accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in core software engineering with Python, including development, packaging and binarizing.
• Deep implementation experience in Open Telemetry Observability for distributed tracing and multi-agent observability.
• Expertise in GenAI technologies and agentic development frameworks.
• Background in agentic evaluations.
• Skills in distributed processing frameworks such as Ray and Kubernetes.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
