Engineering & Implementation: You design and develop high-end software solutions and deeply embed AI in the development process. You ensure that AI functions as a real enabler in the SSDLC and delivers measurable business value — rather than just being “hype.”
Knowledge & Multiplication: You shape our internal competence cluster around AI‑Augmented Engineering and develop best practices for codecentric.

T-Shaped Engineer - We are not looking for a specialist in a single niche, but for a T‑shaped professional who keeps the big picture in mind.
AI Vision & Pioneer Spirit: For you, AI is not merely ad-hoc support but an integral part of the entire software engineering process. You have a clear vision of how LLMs and agentic AI will profoundly change the SSDLC and actively adapt traditional methodologies to this AI‑augmented reality. You advise clients on how to productively and securely embed holistic AI workflows into their processes.
Seniority & Experience: You have many years of professional software development experience and have successfully delivered complex projects.
Architecture & Scalability: You design robust, scalable and maintainable systems. Cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure or GCP) are a natural habitat for you.
SSDLC & DevOps: You master the full repertoire — from requirements analysis and design through CI/CD and testing to stable operation (DevOps) — and know how these phases seamlessly interlock within a consistently AI‑augmented lifecycle.
Consulting & Communication: You communicate confidently with stakeholders, facilitate workshops and love sharing your knowledge — for example through blogs or at conferences.
