Senior Analyst, Client Insights (Fully Remote)

• Serve as the analytical bridge between Sales and prospective/existing merchants, translating data into business cases and pricing models.
• Partner with Merchant Success to build analyses demonstrating ROI and supporting renewals.
• Analyze product data with product and engineering teams to drive improvements and the product roadmap.

Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of experience in business analytics or a TAM role.
• Understanding of consumer brands, ecommerce, and key metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Snowflake and Tableau.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Target base salary range: $124,000 - $145,000 per year.
