Senior Business Central Client Success Consultant (Fully Remote)

• Deliver Dynamics 365 Business Central functional and technical services to post-implementation clients using Business Central SaaS.
• Triage, monitor, follow-up, and resolve tickets with appropriate urgency; coordinate with functional and technical experts.
• Apply experience to share best practices, identify gaps, gather requirements, and architect solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central consulting experience.
• Work toward Microsoft Business Central certification(s).
• Experience modeling business processes and translating requirements.
• This role can be performed remotely, in person, or hybrid.
