Senior Analyst, Scientific Affairs

Responsibilities

• Review study protocols and investigate testing requirements to facilitate timely responses for proposals
• Coordinate testing methods with ACM Research & Development, ACM Laboratory and referral laboratory partners
• Act as a link and interface between the laboratory and other departments
• Serve as a subject matter expert within the team, provide support with escalations and assist with team member training
• Review and prepare pricing documents, noting and correcting any discrepancies
• Maintain relationships between ACM and referral laboratories
• Provide scientific/technical information to compile client RFPs and RFIs
• Assist in coordinating the testing methods with referral labs
• Alert leadership to any issues during the life cycle of the study related to testing needs
• Suggest and help implement improved work methods

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years as a clinical laboratory scientist
• 3 years relevant laboratory experience
• 2 years clinical trials experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• MT (ASCP) Certification - Preferred
