Do you have at least 2 years of experience in international tax or mobility tax? Are you fluent in German & English and ready to advise global clients? Do you want to shape the future of global mobility and work beyond “traditional tax paths”?

What You’ll Do

• Preparation and review of tax returns for globally mobile employees
• Providing tax advice on assignment structures and double tax treaties
• Analyzing compensation and payroll data to calculate tax liabilities
• Advising employees on international tax obligations and tax equalization policies
• Proactive communication with clients, regular updates, and ensuring high service quality
• Supporting the financial management of engagements (e.g. invoicing)
• Identifying optimization opportunities and new business prospects within the existing client base

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of experience in International Tax / Global Mobility
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong client orientation, analytical skills, and the ability to clearly explain complex issues
• Team spirit and a willingness to think and work globally
