Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior BI Consultant to join our Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will bridge business and technology by translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions. You will design and develop data models, dashboards, and analytical applications using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Microsoft Power BI , working closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with excellent communication skills and has experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions in an Agile environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements related to Front Office processes (customer contact management, inbound correspondence processing, and service provider management) into technical solution designs.
• Design, document, and present data models, dashboards, and analytical applications in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Microsoft Power BI.
• Develop dashboards and analytical solutions for the Customer Insights BizDevOps team using data from multiple source systems, primarily Microsoft Dynamics.
• Build and maintain technical objects, data models, and reporting content in SAP Analytics Cloud and Microsoft Power BI.
• Deliver solutions according to Product Owner priorities and Agile development practices.
• Assess the impact of defects, risks, and upstream process delays on the Data & Analytics solution roadmap and communicate them transparently.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate requirements, identify inconsistencies, and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and ensure successful knowledge transfer to the customer.
• Follow customer development standards, governance frameworks, templates, and documentation guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.

Role Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) .
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power BI .
• Good understanding of data modeling , reporting, and analytics processes.
• Experience working with SAP BW/4HANA .
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics as a reporting data source.
• Experience with process analysis and system interface analysis.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
