As Senior Brand Marketing Manager EMEA, you own integrated brandmarketingstrategy and execution across our largest region - Germany, Italy, UK, France, Rest of Europe, and Middle East. You bring the local market voice and competitive insight intomarketing -planning, translate it into end-to-end multi-channel execution, and act as the connective tissue between Growth EMEA, central Brand & Partner Marketing, Product and Performance Marketing. You report directly to the GM EMEA, giving you a seat at the table where the regional marketing decisions get made.
Our current marketing setup focuses on global marketing and global strategies, youbring the unique EMEA voice into this conversation and make sure that markets like Germany and the UK are served in a fitting manner.

What you can expect

• Bring market-level insight (competitive landscape, demand/supply dynamics, cultural nuance) into the Annual Marketing Strategy and Plan for EMEA, tailoring global brand initiatives to local market needs across the Big 4 and Rest of Europe/Middle East.
• Own end-to-end integrated campaign planning and execution across EMEA markets, from concept to multi-channel rollout.
• Steer the day-to-day relationship with our PR agency (LiveTeams): briefings, deliverables, and performance against agreed PR KPIs.
• Own EMEA event presence and execution - including flagship activations like Chronopolis and market fairs such as W&W - from planning through on-site delivery.
• Act as project lead for marketing initiatives - own timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Run regular cross-functional cadence with Product, Brand Marketing, Creative, Performance Marketing, CRM, PR, and B2B Marketing to keep campaigns strategically aligned and on schedule.
• Manage regional marketing budget in partnership with the Digital Media and Brand teams; optimize spend for effectiveness and ROI.
• Build a reporting process; turn campaign results into actionable optimization recommendations.
• Align feature and product launches with campaign timing, in partnership with the Product team.
• Scale best practices and learnings across EMEA sub-regions rather than reinventing per market.
• Ensure all marketing efforts reflect Chrono24's brand identity while resonating with distinct EMEA market audiences.
• Create campaign content - landing pages, email templates, ad copy, and other channel-specific assets.

What sets you apart

• 5-7+ years in regional marketing management, brand marketing, or integrated marketing; e-commerce, marketplace, or luxury goods experience is a strong plus.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-market campaigns on time and on budget.
• Strong stakeholder management skills - able to align Product, Brand Marketing, Creative, Performance Marketing, CRM, and PR without formal authority over them.
• Analytical mindset; able to translate campaign data into decisions, not just dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with major ad platforms and AI-driven campaign optimization tools.
• Experience running campaigns across multiple European markets with cultural/market-specific adaptation - not a single-market background.
• Experience steering PR agencies and managing PR KPIs (share of voice, media placements, sentiment) - not just campaign KPIs.
• Event management experience, from concept and budget to on-site execution, ideally in a luxury or premium brand context.
• Working knowledge of the luxury media landscape in at least one major EMEA market.
