We are looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our BA Consumer Tissue Controlling team of four, as a successor in a well-established role with broad business exposure and impact. As Business Area Controller, you will provide business performance analyses to the BA Management Team, covering the full value chain from sourcing to customer. You will coordinate controlling processes and collaborate closely with regional Commercial and Supply Chain Controlling teams globally to drive transparency, performance, and informed decision-making across the business.
Move beyond reporting and consolidation by partnering closely with Commercial and Supply Chain Controllers to provide actionable insights and support business decisions. As part of the BA Controlling team, deliver monthly performance reporting, forecasts, budgets and long-term plans for Consumer Tissue. Take ownership of key BA controlling areas among Strategic & Long-Term Planning, Net Sales & Pricing Analysis, Value Chain & Cost Driver Management, Working Capital, and Overheads Controlling. Design and deliver new reporting concepts and tools to enable an enhanced End to End controlling approach of the Consumer Tissue Business. Coordinate controlling activities globally across all functions within Consumer Tissue and across business units (Personal Care, Global functions). Provide exhaustive guidelines and calendars to secure excellent cooperation.
