As Senior Business Developer, you bridge PSS critical communication offerings with global Defence requirements to shape the portfolio. You validate strategy, identify high‑value extensions, and support regional teams navigating military ecosystems. You work with cross‑functional stakeholders to align solutions with Defence needs, driving market access and certifications. • Bridge PSS solutions with Defence market needs and validate strategy against Defence requirements
• Analyze gaps between current offerings and Defence demands (ruggedization, security standards)
• Support Regional Leads to build Local Value Maps and Maps of Influence
• Lead customer exploration workshops and coordinate with External Expert Group to ensure real‑world relevance
• Define roadmaps for mandatory certifications (e.g., NATO classifications) and synthesize regional inputs into global strategy
• Deliver the Bridge Report showing how existing solutions can be adapted for Defence
• Develop a prioritized Gap Backlog for defence portfolio extensions
• Identify generic solution specifications to reduce regional silos and drive global synergy

• Vast Defence experience (10–15 years) with deep defence comms knowledge (C4ISR)
• Proven track record in defence sector, ideally as veteran or strategic consultant with technical background
• Strong understanding of critical communications and transition from legacy to modern standards
• Ability to map decision makers, budget holders, and operators (market intelligence)
• Experience in business case evaluation, ROI analysis, and go‑to‑market strategy
• Security clearance or eligibility required
