Develop and execute business strategies for electronic material products, including project pipeline creation and conversion
Implement product-related promotion strategies tailored by region, market, and application
Define, monitor, and execute strategic target accounts with demand analysis and mid-term targets
Increase project pipeline and conversion with existing customers while generating new demand in emerging markets
Identify technological trends, consolidate requirements, and drive new product development initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional projects with sales teams and factories

Zentrale Anforderungen

Master degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualification
Strong foundation in material and chemical science to bridge tech discussions with R&D
High technical proficiency in electronic materials and proven sales skills in this product area
In-depth knowledge of analyzing product, customer, and market demands in electronic material fields
Independent working style, strong analytical and strategic thinking
Team player with excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
Business fluent in German and English
