Senior Business Transformation & Process Optimisation Consultant - Aviation/Logistics

As a Senior Value Engineer, you guide customers through data-driven transformation using Celonis Process Intelligence. You partner with Sales, Services and partners to land value, build business cases, and drive platform adoption across industries. You’ll engage C‑level stakeholders, run value workshops, and shape strategic roadmaps to realize measurable value. The role blends process expertise with consulting to scale value realization in aviation, logistics, and beyond.

• Translate customer objectives into value assessments and poV projects
• Create Celonis demos and business cases leveraging benchmarks
• Lead value workshops and present to C-level stakeholders
• Realize value through process enhancements and enterprise-wide change initiatives
• Build expansion roadmaps to embed Celonis as a transformation platform
• Collaborate with partners and Celonis Services to drive adoption and renewals
• Provide product feedback from new use cases to improve the platform

• Experience in a customer-facing analytical/consulting role with focus on business data analysis and process improvement
• Knowledge of SaaS applications (e.g. SAP); experience with RPA/BI tools and dashboards; Python and/or SQL knowledge
• Change management and training of users/process owners
• Project management across multiple, varied-value journey projects
• Executive stakeholder management and strong communication and presentation skills
• Domain understanding in Finance and/or Supply Chain; industry transformation experience
• Industry expertise in Aviation/Logistics/Transportation is a plus
• Degree in a relevant field (see education note)
• German native-level proficiency for workshops and executive interactions
