Senior Digital Transformation & Process Optimisation Consultant - CPG/Retail

You will act as a trusted advisor helping customers achieve strategic goals using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. You own the end-to-end value journey, from landing to renewing, across multiple industries. You’ll translate objectives into value assessments, build business cases and demos, run value workshops, and engage C‑level stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships. This role blends process expertise with consulting skills to deliver measurable business impact with Celonis and partners. • Identify and articulate customer value by translating strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
• Create demos and business cases leveraging benchmarks to win new customers
• Conduct value assessments or proof-of-value projects and communicate roadmap to executives
• Lead value workshops and use Celonis to qualify opportunities for process enhancement
• Present realized value to senior management and C-level stakeholders
• Own the end-to-end value journey: landing, expanding, adopting and renewing
• Develop strategic expansion roadmaps embedding Celonis as a transformation platform
• Provide product feedback to improve Celonis platform and apps based on new use cases

• Experience in an analytical role focused on delivering value through data analysis and software deployment
• Customer-facing background in solution consulting, sales engineering, or IT/management consulting with SaaS experience
• Knowledge of Business Software / SaaS (e.g., SAP); experience with RPA and/or BI tools; building dashboards/apps
• Programming knowledge in Python and/or SQL; experience collaborating with IT teams
• Experience identifying use cases for process improvement and driving change initiatives
• Project management experience across multiple accounts and value journey stages
• Executive stakeholder management and strong presentation skills
• Understanding of Finance or Supply Chain domains; industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, consumer, retail, pharma, chemicals
• German language proficiency (native-level or near-native) for workshops and executive engagement
