Senior Calibration Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Calibration Engineer to join our Vehicle Dynamics team. You will be responsible for the development and fine-tuning of suspension, steering, and vehicle stability systems for next-generation intelligent electric vehicles. This role offers the opportunity to work on electronically controlled shocks, airsprings, and advanced vehicle dynamics with a focus on delivering world-class ride comfort, handling, and safety.

• Lead calibration activities for suspension, steering, and stability systems (ESC, ABS, etc.)
• Tune and validate electronically controlled shock absorbers and airsprings across various road and climate conditions
• Analyze vehicle dynamic behavior and perform on-road and proving ground tests
• Interface with vehicle dynamics, control systems, hardware, and software teams to ensure calibration robustness
• Document and maintain calibration data sets across development cycles
• Participate in cross-functional design reviews and calibration sign-offs
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience in chassis system calibration or vehicle dynamics development
• Hands-on experience with vehicle testing, data logging, and analysis tools (e.g., CANape, INCA, MATLAB/Simulink)
• Familiar with kinematics, steering geometry, and electronically controlled suspension systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and team collaboration abilities
