About the Opportunity

We are supporting a leading international engineering and construction business delivering complex design and build projects across the Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Logistics, Food and Advanced Manufacturing sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – CSA to lead the Civil, Structural and Architectural delivery of major hyperscale data centre projects in Frankfurt. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering some of Europe's most complex mission-critical facilities.

The Role

Reporting to the Project Director, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the CSA scope from pre-construction through to completion and handover. Working closely with design, MEP, commissioning and client teams, you will drive programme, quality, safety and commercial performance across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of all Civil, Structural and Architectural works, including enabling works, groundworks, reinforced concrete, structural steel, façades, roofing, architectural finishes and external works
• Manage CSA subcontractors from procurement through installation, testing, completion and final handover.
• Review and evaluate tenders, subcontractor proposals and technical packages.
• Support pre-construction activities, buildability reviews and value engineering exercises.
• Coordinate CSA design development, ensuring compliance with client requirements and project programmes.
• Drive project performance across programme, quality, cost and health & safety objectives.
• Lead and mentor site teams, monitor productivity and resolve technical challenges.
• Coordinate interfaces between CSA, MEP, commissioning and client teams.
• Manage project risk, change control and project reporting.
• Oversee snagging, defect resolution and project close-out.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture.
• At least 8 years' experience delivering major construction projects, including 3+ years in a Senior Project Manager role.
• Proven experience delivering hyperscale data centres, mission-critical facilities or other large, complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, structural steel, façade and architectural packages.
• Experience managing procurement, contracts and subcontractors.
• The ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across CSA, MEP, design and commissioning.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent programme and risk management skills.
• Experience using Primavera P6, MS Project and BIM workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A strong commitment to delivering projects safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.
