SENIOR CONSULTANT CASH & WORKING CAPITAL (M/F/D)

As a Senior Consultant, you help clients improve working capital and cash management within performance improvement, transformation, and restructuring programs. You lead cross-functional workstreams, build trust-based client relationships, and shape cash targets aligned with broader business strategy. You translate processes into actionable dashboards, KPIs, and liquidity plans, delivering measurable value. You’ll contribute to internal development and mentor junior colleagues in a dynamic, international setting.

• Advise on strategic management and optimization of working capital and cash management within transformation programs
• Own and coordinate workstreams across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales in interdisciplinary projects
• Develop sustainable cash excellence initiatives as part of value creation strategies (CFO agenda, operating model, finance transformation)
• Shape cash targets within broader business strategies (growth financing, investment flexibility, capital efficiency)
• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify cash potential and operational levers
• Design dashboards, cash KPIs, and performance tracking structures; set up liquidity plans
• Contribute to internal development via business development, acquisition support, and mentoring juniors

• Excellent university degree
• Several years from leading transaction, restructuring, or strategy consultancy, or finance and performance improvement
• Initial experience as a (partial) project leader managing complex initiatives
• Deep understanding of working capital and cash as strategic value levers
• Proven track record in executing structured improvement programs with sustainable impact
• Strong affinity for financial processes and interdependencies, with ability to translate insights into actions
• Combination of strategic/analytical thinking with entrepreneurial, pragmatic, hands-on implementation
• Collaborative team player in dynamic, interdisciplinary environments
• Fluent in German and English
