Senior Consultant Financial Services Transformation (f/d/m)

You join okadis as a Senior Consultant in Financial Services Transformation to drive IT integration efforts for banks. You will work across analysis, design, testing, and go-live, translating business needs into practical integration solutions within multi-tier banking architectures. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, stable interfaces and contribute to product and methods development. • Collaborate on IT integration projects across the full implementation lifecycle with ownership of deliverables
• Interface focus: analyze, design, and specify complex integrations
• Map interfaces within the target banking landscape (Core, Channels, DWH/Analytics, Reporting, IAM, Payments) and derive implementation paths
• Translate business requirements into structured deliverables, facilitate cross-functional workshops
• Support test strategy and execution (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, hypercare, and comprehensive documentation
• Contribute to development of products, methods, and assets

• At least 3 years of experience in IT integration projects in the financial services sector (ideally banking)
• Proven experience with complex IT interfaces in multi-tier banking architectures
• Solid knowledge of integration concepts and artefacts: interface specifications, data mapping, non-functional requirements
• Consulting skills: structuring, clear communication, workshop facilitation, ownership of deliverables
• Very good German
