Senior Consultant (m/f/d) - Allianz Consulting - Project Management & Strategy Consulting with AI

In Allianz Consulting you drive AI-powered transformation in insurance, leading cross-functional workstreams and applying project management best practices. You scale AI-enabled methodologies, align initiatives with Allianz strategic goals, and foster innovation across projects. You contribute to business development and client pitches, while guiding and coaching junior team members. You stay ahead of AI trends to keep Allianz Consulting competitive and capable of delivering client value.

• Lead workstreams on projects across different business units leveraging AI, project management and insurance knowledge
• Support the scaling and implementation of AI-driven project management methodologies and tools within Allianz Consulting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
• Contribute to business development and client pitches and develop strategic proposals
• Provide support to existing clients, ensure efficient key account management, and coach junior project team members
• Stay updated on emerging AI trends to continuously improve capabilities and maintain a competitive edge
• Contribute to business development and client pitches under the guidance of an Engagement Manager
• Help increase Allianz Consulting expertise within strategic areas of development

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Environmental Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• 3-5 years of consulting experience, preferably in insurance
• Native German or C1 German; English proficiency required
• Familiarity with insurance products, processes, and industry trends
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation
• Expertise in AI frameworks and AI-powered project management tools, ML platforms, and data analytics solutions
• Ability to leverage AI tools in project management tasks (reporting, planning)
• Experience advising clients on AI adoption strategies and integration into business processes
• Proven experience in project management, change management, or business transformation
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Ability to work in high-demand environments with resilience and adaptability
