In this role you lead strategic consulting projects for BASF, delivering impactful recommendations to executives worldwide. You work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvements and guide projects from start to finish. You communicate clearly across all stakeholders and contribute your ideas from day one. • Lead complex strategy consulting projects and deliver impactful solutions
• Identify potential improvements and advise management across project phases
• Ensure end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure
• Communicate transparently with all stakeholders throughout the project
• Collaborate with BASF Executives on high-priority initiatives across functions
• Contribute to projects in Innovation & Growth, Marketing & Sales, Organizational Excellence, and Post-Merger Integration/Carve Out

• Professional experience in strategic consulting and global strategy consulting
• Start as Project Leader (3–5 years) or Senior Project Leader (5–7 years) depending on qualifications
• Proven expertise in project management methods and consulting methodologies
• Excellent communication in English; German a plus
• Convincing and competent client-facing behavior
• Open-minded and inclusive attitude; reliable team player
• International work experience is a plus
