• Lead and contribute to complex strategy consulting projects for BASF across multiple domains
• Identify potential improvements and advise management with clear, empathetic communication
• Manage projects end-to-end from initiation to delivery
• Engage with BASF Executives globally to ensure project alignment and impact
• Support initiatives in Innovation & Growth, Marketing & Sales, Organizational Excellence, and Post-Merger Integration/Carve Out

• Professional experience in strategic consulting and global project work
• Senior/Project Leader level depending on experience (3–5 years or 5–7 years)
• Proven expertise in project management methods and consulting methodologies
• Excellent English communication; German a plus
• Strong client-facing, convincing, and competent behavior
• Open-minded, inclusive attitude and reliable team player
• International work experience is a plus
