Senior Consultant (m/f/d) - Governance, Procurement and Contract Management Consulting

As a Senior Consultant at Allianz Services, you will lead governance, procurement and contract management initiatives for internal clients. You will design practical solutions to strengthen governance structures, optimize procurement and contracting processes, and enhance compliance with internal standards. You’ll work with senior stakeholders across Allianz entities to translate complex requirements into clear actions and roadmaps. • Lead projects in governance, procurement, third-party management and contract management for internal clients
• Assess existing governance structures, procurement workflows and contract processes to identify improvements
• Support design and implementation of target operating models, governance frameworks and control mechanisms
• Advise on best practices in demand management, supplier governance, contract lifecycle management and process efficiency
• Coordinate with stakeholders across business functions, procurement, legal, compliance, risk and IT
• Translate complex requirements into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Prepare high-quality deliverables such as process maps, maturity assessments, roadmaps and presentations
• Support development and capture of new consulting opportunities in governance, procurement, contract management and operational excellence
• Act as trusted advisor contributing functional expertise and ensuring high-quality project delivery

• University degree in business administration, economics, law, procurement, supply chain management, finance, information technology, or related field
• 3+ years of professional experience in consulting, governance, procurement, contract management, or related areas
• Experience in project and process management methods, process design, documentation and continuous improvement
• Client-facing experience with senior stakeholders or management-level audiences
• Practical experience in governance framework design, procurement process improvement, contract lifecycle management or third-party governance
