Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant, you will optimize service processes for our clients using SAP CS, S/4HANA Service, and FSM. Your responsibilities include requirement engineering, creating functional concepts for Service-to-Cash processes, and conducting workshops to leverage your process expertise in customer service. You will be actively involved in developing comprehensive service processes across different SAP product boundaries, including S/4HANA Service, SAP CS, and FSM.

Candidate Profile

• Educational background in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Extensive professional experience with SAP Customer Service, S/4HANA Service, and Field Service Management.
• Proven expertise in designing and configuring Service-to-Cash processes using S/4HANA Service and/or SAP CS.
• Strong skills in integrating various SAP solutions within the service domain.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, both internally and externally.
