Overview

In this role you help organisations move from pay transparency compliance to fairer, more strategic workforce decisions within Korn Ferry’s Rewards and Benefits Advisory practice. You will combine analytical thinking with consulting and client communication to deliver EU Pay Transparency and pay equity work, while expanding into broader reward strategy and workforce transformation. You’ll turn data findings into practical recommendations and help design job architectures and career frameworks. You will collaborate with cross‑border teams and leverage technology to enhance client delivery and impact.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Support EU Pay Transparency and pay equity projects for clients
Analyze reward, workforce, job and market data
Translate complex findings into clear, practical recommendations
Develop job architectures, career frameworks and transparent reward structures
Facilitate workshops with HR and business leaders
Manage defined project workstreams and maintain strong client relationships
Contribute to proposals, client conversations and new solutions
Collaborate with Korn Ferry colleagues across Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and other markets
Work across Rewards, Organisation Strategy, Leadership Development, Digital and Executive Search
Leverage technology, data and AI to improve analysis and delivery

Zentrale Anforderungen

Approximately four or more years of relevant experience
Experience in consulting, Rewards, HR advisory, people analytics or related analytical client-facing role
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex information clearly
Confidence presenting recommendations to clients and senior stakeholders
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Fluency in English
Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and collaborative approach
