Senior Consultant

As a Senior Consultant at The Gap Partnership, you’ll:

• Deliver powerful, behavior‑based negotiation workshops to senior professionals and C‑suite leaders (very frequent travel and time away from home is part of the experience).
• Coach and mentor clients post‑workshop, guiding them through real‑life negotiations.
• Build strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, business development and helping drive commercial growth.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English.
