Senior Consulting Engineer – Steam Turbine

Serve as the subject matter expert and company resource for steam turbine consulting projects. Interpret project objects and develop actionable plans to ensure schedule and hour targets are met or exceeded. Prepare for client meetings and lead discussions, demonstrating technical expertise in turbine and generator engineering. Assist management with business opportunities, conferences, and training sessions. Interface with industry organizations such as EPRI. Travel requirement of up to 10-15% for site visits, client meetings, and conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering
• 8-10+ years of demonstrated experience in steam turbine and generator engineering, or services-related roles
• Proficiency in relevant engineering, calculations, assessments, and analyses
• Willingness to travel as required to support projects and business development initiatives
• Professional Engineering licensure and advanced degree (preferred)
