• You will take on the technical (and optionally disciplinary) leadership of a digital marketing team.
• You will advise clients as an equal in the development and implementation of modern marketing and growth strategies.
• You will identify the decisive levers in digital marketing and develop viable strategies.
• You will optimize the entire customer journey.
• You understand the connections between marketing and business success and can demonstrate them.
• You will take responsibility for a team of around four to six marketing specialists.
• You will help your team become more productive and effective.
• You will ensure that ideas do not remain stuck in concepts but are successfully implemented.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing
• Experience in a digital marketing agency, digital consultancy, e-commerce, or a comparable environment
• Proven success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Excellent understanding of performance marketing, customer journeys and funnel logic
• Ability to translate marketing into business outcomes
• Hands‑on experience with relevant marketing platforms and campaign systems (Meta, Google, LinkedIn ...)
• Experience in technical leadership of employees (optionally also disciplinary leadership experience)
• Strong interest in AI and modern technologies
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.

Demonstrates extensive experience in digital marketing with a focus on developing and implementing effective strategies that drive business outcomes. Capable of leading a team, optimizing customer journeys, and leveraging modern technologies to enhance marketing performance.
